Spaghetti alla carbonara

This is a simple and easy pasta recipe that italians (especially people from Rome) prepare when really hungry.
You must prepare all the ingredients before and mix them with the pasta as soon as it is ready.


Ingredients:
500 grams of spaghetti
4 egg yolks and 2 eggs
100 grams of real parmesan cheese
100 grams of pancetta (bacon cut into dimes)
1 spoon of olive oil

Cook the pasta following the package directions. Toast the bacon in a pan with a spoon of olive oil. In the meanwhile mix the egg yolks and the eggs with the parmesan cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Once the pasta is ready throw it in the bowl toghether with eggs, parmesan cheese and bacon. Stir well and very fast so the heat of the pasta cooks the egg dressing.homogeneously.
Serve immediatly and enjoy!
